Patch: Duplication in subclassing AeroControls

Hey.

Here's a patch addressing massive code duplication when subclassing controls. It also requires editing the TMerge resources - in OpenDlg "Help" button id should be changed to "IDHELP" - this wouldn't fit into the patch.

Also why is the .rc file for TMerge binary?
