English (United Kingdom) en_GB translation

Hello,

I saw the English template (with the Union Flag), but it is a huge mixture of North American English and British English, so I decided to download it and do a full British English translation (en_GB)
The Microsoft Locale ID's are LCID Hex 0809 LCID Dec 2057.

Attached is Tortoise_en_GB.po in .zip compression format.

Hopefully you will use it in the next release.
