I checked:
They just don't force the msi reboot.
But they have the same problem TSVN has, only they just hope nothing bad
happens if old dlls are still in use.
Sure, we could do the same. But I think it's better to force the reboot
of the msi. Because users who know what they're doing can cancel that
reboot and keep working (knowing they still use the old shell dll), and
users who don't know that do the reboot and are safe.
