Bug: Temporary files leaking after TMerge is closed

Hey.
In r18498 the following behavior is consistent.
If I change a file and ask to show the modifications when I double-click on a changed item TMerge is spawned. The temporary file passed to TMerge is not deleted after I close TMerge. If I repeat this one more temporary file is created and is left undeleted as well.
If I ask to show the change log and double-click on any changed file TMerge is spawned. 5 temporary files are created, but when I close TMerge 3 of them are left undeleted. If I repeat this 5 more files are created and 3 of them are left undeleted as well.
