Sorry I've not subscribed to mailing list it's why I don't answer yet,

So let me understand a bit, the turtoisesvn use OPENSSL with OPENSSL_NO_DYNAMIC_ENGINE

Witch prevent the use of a dynamic load of openssl, that's rigth? I can confirm that

My pkcs11 module use openssl so maybe it is the issue.

Please can you report this.
