RE: pt_PT

Hi everybody,

In the Portuguese translator group we experienced that in some setups our
accents and accelerators were messed up.

Looking into this issue I have found that it seems to result from using a
language pack with a different version from the TortoiseSVN version we had
installed. I do not know if this is the case for all version, Win versions,
etc. However the fix is get the latest nightly build of both and install
them. That does it.
