Problem - pt_PT bad display of accented chars and accelerators

Hi guys,

 

The pt_PT translators team needs some help. Specifically:

 

Paulo Justino from the Portuguese team has just brought it to my attention
that accented characters are messed up in the pt_PT GUI and the accelerators
are not there either.

However looking at the translations both in Notepad and Poedit, they look
good. Does anyone have an idea what might be the cause and how we can fix
it?

 

Any clue whatÂ’s wrong, and how to fix this?
