TSVN-Delete in xplorer2 1.8.x

Is anyone else having issue with xplorer 1.8+ and TortoiseSVN, when deleting files/dirs? When I do an svn-delete on a file via xplorer2, it seems to bypass TortoiseSVN's hook.
I've posted more fully at the xplorer2 support forum, since there's a new feature in the 1.8 strand that relates to deletions. http://netez.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?p=47174#47174 has details.
