I checked and tested it again.

TortoiseProc1042.dll version is 1.6.99.18380.

I tested it using “restext.exe extract”

>> Restext.exe extract TortoiseProc1042.dll Korean.po

In Korean.po file almost strings are English.

I think that “restext apply” has a problem.
