Show log (with cache) causes 100% CPU usage

Hi guys,

A couple of times today with a recent nightly (1.6.99-r18159) I have
used Show Log on a small working copy and got an hourglass with 100%
CPU until I hit the cancel button. I waited 20 seconds or so. The log
cache is listed as 4K and deleting it resolves the problem. If it
happens again, would it be useful to zip and send the cache to Stefan
or Stefan^2?
