[PATCH]: Remove Redundant Index Topic

Log:

The topic "Command Line Client" is repeated twice in TortoiseSVN Help
Index and it is also pointing to the same 'Create Repository' content
which is already being pointed by another relevant index term. Removal
of repetition of that topic is done.
