Again links in commit dialogue.

Hello, All.

Found out that these links do not react on pressing the 'Enter' key. I just
needed to commit the change with the files added under version control and
pressed 'Enter' on the 'Added' link. Instead of selecting files added only
in the listview and landing me on a listview with the list of files, TSVN
simply committed all the changes including the changed files as if I have
pressed the 'Ok' button.

This functionality surely should be corrected because it messes up the user
and stops him from doing some manipulations...
