TSVN Nightly - Remove Properties

Hi,

Using a recent nightly build, the confirmation message that appears when
trying to delete a folder property appears garbled.

To reproduce:
Right click on a folder > TortoiseSVN > Properties, select a property and
select [Remove].

The attached message appears when deleting svn:ignore properties (but a
variant also appears for svn:mergeinfo). The message is correctly formatted
using 1.6.5.

Environment: TSVN 1.6.99, build 18021, WinXP SP3

(NOTE: I'm not sure if bugs with nightly builds should be reported on the
dev@ or the users@ list. Let me know if I'm in the wrong spot).
