Branch/Tag dialogue.

Hello, All.

Now UI am branching/Tagging and here are the issues located in this
dialogue:
In fact the only one is that the edit with ControlID = 1014 does not have a
keyboard shortcut. I see that it does not have any label and we run into
trouble again with assigning it a label, but in this case it is very
important, since this edit box is needed to type the comments to a new
revision and in most cases it is the only needed control in this dialogue -
in other words you need to jump to it directly since you do not need to
change anything except this comment and you need to Tab the whole dialogue
to land focus on it.
