Am I the only lucky guy here?

Hello, All.

I was not able to download a nighty build today - am I the only lucky guy
here or is it the planned behaviour and nobody was able to download them?

BTW, I saw the files SVN.exe, SVNAdmin.exe and SVNServ.exe in the nighty
builds - could someone let me know what are they for? As far as I can
understand they do not appear in final installation of TSVN or I am wrong?
