IBugtraqProvider2 freature request

For the IBugtraqProvider2 interface I would like to have a method with
parameters of commonURL and commonRoot that fires when the commit
dialog is first loaded. This way I can start a thread and get my bug
data from my web service while the user is making their commit file
selections. It would allow me to skip that long pause right before my
bug dialog shows.
