TortoiseSVN 1.6.7 with neon 0.29.1

Hi all!

Are you going to build the upcoming TortoiseSVN 1.6.7 against neon
0.29.1 (just released)? There is an important fix in the SSPI code and
it will be really great to have it bundled with the next TortoiseSVN
build.
