Commit dialogue.

Hello, Stefan.

There are some big changes to commit dialogue in the last nighty build in
comparison to the 1.6.6 release. Here is how the screenreader sees the whole
dialogue and some questions below:

The first question what is the following line intended to be for?

Check: All None Unversioned Versioned Added Deleted Modified Files
Directories

I tryed to click the words as links but with no result.
If these are still links may be it is possible to rework them somehow?
There can be several directions:
1. make them usual links inside Tab-order.
2. if the option 1 is impossible - to try to add them to Tab order and to
add a hotkey for each.
The second thing appearing here recently is that this line is announced
automatically when the dialogues pops up or Alt+Tabbed to.
this problem I shall investigate more detailed and let you know about the
reasons.
