Checkout dialogue.

Ok, the situation with the checkout dialogue is much better then before.

The only enhancement that can be made now is to assign the correct value to
accKeyboardShortcut MSAA property for the first combo box that we have
discussed because the MSAA only screenreaders like Thunder do not see the
shortcut at all and to the buttons like Help or Cancel - but this is surely
not a must and can be postponed till better times.

BTW, there is some kind of inconsistancy regarding the Ok button - in some
dialogues it is assigned the Alt+O shortcut key and in some of them it has
no hotkey assigned. May be it will be better to make this consistant either
to assign this hotkey everywhere or to not assign this hotkey at all
everywhere?
