Added hotkeys in r17953.

This is the button provided by the Windows wizard dialogs. While it is
possible to change its text with some hack, it already has a hotkey: F1
like for all help buttons.

Added accelerator keys to (almost) every control in the merge wizard
dialog in r17954.

I'll now start with adding info directly to the MSAA properties...
