Vague Error: Unhandled win32 Exception in Tortoiseproc.exe

Hello

          I was working in TSVN code (Revision graph) in TortoiseProc
project. While debugging that, system got hanged as such.so I killed the vs
process by alt+cntrl+delete and restarted the system. From that moment
onwards, whenever I use Revision graph feature of tortoisesvn (not through
debug mode, explicitly used outside by right clicking a trunk) It throws the
following error dialog

"unhandled win32 exception occured in tortoiseproc.exe"

with the option of debugging that through visual studio instance.

NOTE : This happens only when i create a new repo and go for a revision
graph of that newly created working copy. It works fine with the working
which were there before i restarted my system.

I think there is some problem with locking of TSVN log cache file. Plz let
me knw some solution to get rid of this problem. I restarted the system ,
Uninstalled nd installed the fresh copy but it still persists wit the new
repos nd wc :(
