TortoiseMerge - White space change indication

Hi!

The white space change indication in TortoiseMerge (the white dot beside lines with only white space changes) doesn't seem to work reliably. When I watch a file with "Compare whitespace" active, it works as intended, but when I switch to "Ignore whitespace changes" it gets confused. Some rows that were correctly marked with the white space change indication gets no indication at all, while some keep the indication.

I have attached two example files that shows the behaviour. I would expect for example line 17 and 18 in file2.txt to have the white space change indication with "Ignore whitespace changes" active just as "Compare whitespace". Or am I missing something basic here?

(Running yesterdays nightly.)

Hans-Emil
