Change in the TSVN code is not Reflected.

Hello

         I was workin on SVN lib files before in Linux, now I am working on
TSVN code(win xp).I added few modifications in the code , *rebuilt* the
TortoiseMerge.vs and invoked the win installer in bin (opted for Modify
Tortoisesvn) proceeded with that. But now the change has not been reflected.

Should we build the TSVN .VS file as a whole ? or should we need to
uninstall and reinstall it?
