   Fine. Agreeing with this. Since I faced some problem with setting these
environmental variable, added these lines. sorry :)

   Plz correct me if I am wrong! The original location of these dll will be
in c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft .net\Framework\v2.0.50727\. You mean to say if we
just add the 'references' , NAnt will find this path and include those dll
??
