[PATCH] Added reference for 'DLL's' in a BUILD file and updated the Build Docs with more information

Log:

       Add references to System.dll and System.XML.dll.

* Languages/LanguagePack.build

              Included *references* for System.dll and System.XML.dll as
these DLL's are being used in this build file

Log:

      Update the build docs by providing more information.

* build.txt

      Information regarding the location of System.dll and
System.XML.dll (Copying these DLL's in Languages\ Folder) is added, so
that they can be included in the LanguagePack.build. Further information
related to environment variables is also added.
