Just one piece of advise: ask your question in the right place. This
mailing list is used to support the development of TortoiseSVN.
Nothing in your email indicates that you have an issue with TSVN that
warrants discussion on the developers list.

If you are actually using TortoiseSVN, then the right place to ask
your question might be the users list (users at totroisesvn dot tigris
dot org), but even then I think the first place to ask is your local
support team governing the upgrade you are talking about.
