It's quite possible... everything I removed did get moved to the trash, but it didn't matter if it was a file or directory, it was always listed as missing. Now that I think back on it, it probably has been doing that since I installed r16973 and I just thought I made a mistake somewhere along the line. I normally don't delete enough files to really notice a difference.

Since a more recent nightly fixed my issue, I'm not going to worry about it, but I'll be sure to mention if I see it show up again.
