While testing the nightly for the language issue, I see that the
following issue still happens (in the tree-view)

If I have the following folder: D:\data\prod\WCFolder

and prod is unversioned; WCFolder is, then the tree-view in explorer
never shows the overlay. If I add a non-versioned folder
D:\data\prod\foo then the overlay appears on WCFolder (after F5).
Removing foo suppresses the overlay again.
