I like the second one (revgraph_tag.ico) best.
Could you maybe include this in the revgraphbar.bmp file?

And if you have the time, I just added three new buttons to the
TortoiseMerge toolbar:
* compare whitespaces
* ignore whitespace changes
* ignore all whitespace changes

But of course since I'm graphically challenged, they look really, really
ugly. So I'd be very glad if you could take a shot at those (and maybe
the rest of them too).
