[TSVN][Feature request(bug?)] svn:externals(relative path) doesn't show in Repo Browser.

Hi all.

I tested it for TSVN-1.6.99-r17526.

In Repo Browser, svn:externals(relative path) doesn’t show.

The error message is

“..\..\RelativePath” is not working copy.

“..\..\RelativePath” does not exist.
