What do crossed out lines mean?

Hi Guys, I branched our main trunk and then I noticed that my web.config
[asp.net project] had a
http://www.nabble.com/file/p25752775/icon_webconfig.jpg image shown which
looks like I have changed something that has not been added to source
conterol db.

I then did a diff on this file (as I had not changed it and I found that the
working base (which as I understand means the copy that would be in my new
branch is now showing like this:

http://www.nabble.com/file/p25752775/WebConfig.jpg

So I wondered what all the crossed out lines mean? I havent changed anything
and I definitely havent crossed anything out?

Regards,
Peter
