Utilizing Windows 7 Features

Hello,
I think it would be a great feature to have the task bar button for the
progress dialog (during updates, commits, etc) to show progress. I know that
Windows 7 allows the task bar buttons to show a green progress bar
indicator. This would be great for keeping windows minimized while working
and see when the update completes without actually bringing up the window.

This may already be done in the nightly build, however I'm using 1.6.5.
