Help

Recently, I downloaded the most recent version of your program,
TortoiseSVN. I wished to use said program to install mods on Garry's
Mod. How ever, whenever I try to "Checkout", the box says:
"OPTIONS of "https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/stargate/trunk" could not
connect to server"
I was looking forward to trying out the Stargate Addon, but now I
obviously cannot. I hope you can help sort this out.
