Network Proxy Settings to picked up from Browser

Hi,

Currently one has to configure proxy settings of SVN Client seperately.
Would it not be good to support pick up proxy directly from the IE or any
other browsers config.

Also, in the current proxy config, it always uses the proxy even to reach to
LAN users, may be we need to support ignore using of proxy for lan users.
like the IE provides a way to LAN ip address to stop using the proxy.
