Ulf,

Asking an open source developer to hurry up is pretty much as good as
asking them to ignore you for a week. Stefan (and everyone else) is
doing this in his spare time. He is probably at work right now, which
is why he is not responding to your mail instantly.

There is nothing which pisses people off more than someone demanding
attention NOW. Please be patient.
