Where to get raw resource dlls from?

Hi,

I'm working on a custom translation. I've made some changes and now want to test
them. According to "Building your own dlls" section in
<http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/Languages/translations.txt>
I need raw resource dlls. I work on the latest stable release (1.6.5, Build
16974) but the latest resources available are for 1.1.5 (or so).

Where can I get those raw dlls from?
