bug\patch: overlays for a single subfolder never showed

If you have a single subfolder\WC, overlay for that folder would never show because overlay handler cached status for that path until a new path comes along (but it never did when you have only one folder). Changed the cache logic to cache max count of overlay handlers(-1) times -> UpdateShell and F5 works.
