Just ignore them.
Once a week I go to this page:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ds/viewPendingApprovalMessages.do
and delete all outstanding messages that haven't been approved yet. If
you simply delete the spam messages, only those will show up on that
page (since you let all non-spam messages already through).

If you like, you can of course reject those messages but I don't see any
benefit from doing so.
