Suggestion: disable Next Change/Previous Change buttons when at last/first change

Hey.

In Tortoise SVN 1.6.2 if I change one line in a file and inspect the difference the Next Difference/Previous Difference buttons are active. The former sends me to the end of file, the latter - to the start of file. This looks pretty pointless - I have to look at the last line just to see that it's unchanged.

Maybe it's worth doing it like in Visual Source Safe - when you're at last change the Next button is disabled, when you're on first change the Previous button is disabled, when you're on the only change both are disabled?

Or maybe there's some use of current implementation?

Best wishes.
Dmitry.
