Creating patch files

Hello,
Using the latest TortoiseSVN nightly build, I went to "Show Log" for a
specific project. I selected 2 revisions and selected "View unified diff",
and then I saved the unified diff as a patch file. The name of the project I
created this patch file for was Project1.

I also have Project2, Project3, and Project4. All 3 of these other projects
have the same files with more or less the same file contents. I want to
apply this single patch to all 3 of the other projects, however it will not
let me because the patch file I created is specific to Project1 only.

Is there a way to generalize the patch file so I can apply it to other
projects?
