Edited Log message not displaying in Log View

I am currently running svn 1.6.2 client and TortoseSVN 1.6.2 on Windows
XP against our SVN repo which is running SVN 1.4.3 (being served via
svnserve).

I just edited an errant log message in the repository using the
commandline utility:

svnadmin setlog REPOS_PAT -r N FILE

On the client machine if I issue an "svn log -rN" for the edited
revision, it shows the new message.

However, if I use TortoiseSVN and do a Show Log on the working copy, the
corresponding revision entry shows the original log message.

Does Tortoise somehow cache properties? If so, how can I get the log
viewer to refresh?

... or is this a bug?
