some UI improvements

Hi TortoiseSVN great dev team! ;)

Can you please review TortoiseSVN interaction with user.

In case any issues happens in SVN folder TortoiseSVN displaying message like "Some errors happens. Please use Clean up function for continue". Can you please replace this message with another like "Some errors happens. Do you want to clean up now? Buttons: <YES> <NO>". In case user click <YES> button TortoiseSVN should start cleanup function.

I believe this help and will be user friendly functionality until hard developers work.
