They were originally hand drawn by Lübbe and then converted to .svg
format by Stefan (because no-one wants to draw a 256x256 Vista icon by
hand).

Although the normal, modified and conflict icons are simple shapes,
the add and delete icons are not (both crosses) so it doesn't look
that much out of place. I quite like the idea of a blue ball with
white question mark, but it needs to stand apart from the 'added'
overlay to remind you that there are still files you missed.
