When the commit dialog is opened, all files are per default selected for commit, even if they belong to different change lists.
Wouldn't it make more sense that only one (or none) of the change lists files would be checked? I guess that changelists are mostly created to make sure that they do not get committed in a single commit.
For example: Today I created a changelist for a couple of files that had temporary modifications. They where not to be committed. In addition I had a number of modified files on the defualut change list as well as a some unversioned files. This had the effect that the new changelist was not vissible in the window, and I was close to forgetting about it alltogether assuming that the rest of the files were unversioned, and commit them too.
I realise that this problem will be mostly void if unversioned files are not shown (or present), but if not, it's quite easy to miss the presence of changelists...
