problems with get lock icon

TortoiseSVN 1.6.2

if get lock a file having svn:needs-lock property, it doesnt't change
icon, with F5 dont't refresh icon too.
if the file have not svn:need-lock property then works fine.

i think is a bug, could you confirm it?
