2 bugs in VBS diff script for excel

Hello,

I am using version 1.6.2 and the diff script for excel provided by Mr.
Michael Joras(thanks in advance). Yet 2 bugs exist.
(1) If there is an invisible sheet in an Excel book, there will be a
circular cell reference error reported by Excel.
(2) When the content of a cell is over 255 characters, the cell will always
be considered different, which is in red color.
