Repeating tree conflict, 1 server, 2 PCs

I'm new to SVN and I keep running into same problem with update:

- I have 2 PCs with identical SVN project trees
- After I work on 1 pc and committed all the changes there, when I try to run "update" on the project tree on the second PC, I get the following conflict for every top sub folder of the main project folder:

"The update operation tried to add the directory '***', but it was already added locally"

where *** are the names of particular directories. Mind you there were no directories added or deleted by myself, and the messages concern folders that were once created from repository before.

Also, no updates are made to the files in these folders.

I tried looking for answer but found nothing so I'm posting here.

Subversion version 1.6.1 (r37116)
TortoiseSVN 1.6.2, Build 16344 - 32 Bit
