Only if you want to include also C:\ITmyfolder and stuff like that.
I already told you:
Use "C:\IT*" or "C:\IT C:\IT\*" as the include pattern.

On the tree view, they will show up for a while after deactivating that
option since that view doesn't refresh often.
For the list view, hitting F5 should be enough to refresh.
