Yes, but the current auto-close behavior is unintuitive and prohibitive. The
current solution is far from ideal. While I do agree it could
*potentially* create
clutter, I do not agree that it is complex. It is no more complex than the
current auto-close option in the settings dialog, which in comparison, is
slightly more complex and additionally confusing.

So if you don't agree with my idea, that's fine. But I would expect you to
also not agree or be happy with the current implementation. I'm willing to
find a compromise in this area but this requires discussion, not only
criticism. Do you have any ideas to contribute to this topic, Stefan?
