File externals not showing up in CfM

Hi folks,

I just noticed in a pre-1.6 nightly (r15753, 17 March) that unmodified
file externals do not show up in CfM even when 'show externals' is
checked, only when 'show unmodified items' is checked. This may have
been fixed, but I did not notice anything in the commits.
